ES Collection Miami, from the beach to the evening
ES Collection’s Miami series has two halves. Miami Swimwear is for the hours on the sand, Miami Casual for everything after, and both travel well, from Florida to a summer evening by the Danube.

A good holiday needs two wardrobes, one for the water and one for the long lunch that follows. Miami does both better than most cities.
Room to breathe after the beach
Miami Casual keeps things easy, a shirt or a sleeveless top with light trousers, and lets the colour sit up top. It suits Miami Beach, home to the world’s largest collection of Art Deco buildings, more than 800 of them built between 1923 and 1943. They set the scene for dinner.
The same shirt works just as well with a pair of jeans already in the wardrobe, which is rather the idea. Nobody needs a matching set to look as if the evening was planned.
Three cuts, one print
Miami Swimwear plays one print across different cuts. A brief shows more hip, shorts reach further down the thigh and close-fitting trunks sit somewhere in between. Same print, three very different afternoons.
Miami Beach has a stretch of sand for exactly this. The beach at 12th Street is the city’s popular gay beach, and in 2022 it got Miami Beach’s first Pride lifeguard tower, painted in the six stripes of the rainbow flag.
From Miami to the Danube
A striped ES Collection swim brief is the one that comes home from every holiday and still looks right the following summer. In Bratislava it does just as well by the Danube as it ever did in Miami.
The rest of the ES Collection range, from swimwear to shirts, carries the same Barcelona idea of summer, from the label that started it all in 2006.
