Gay Bucharest after dark, a queer scene without a district
Gay Bucharest has no district, so its night keeps moving: roaming queer parties, Pride night at Q Club, MozaiQ’s Q Center and a queer archive.

BARCELONA
ADDICTED began in Barcelona in 2009 with men’s swimwear and has since grown into underwear, sportswear and everyday clothes. The label is not shy about colour, which suited Bucharest on Saturday 13 June 2026, as thousands marched through the city for Pride.
ADDICTED swimwear still shows the label’s attitude in the swim brief: cut close to the body, with looser shorts for days that need more cover. Romania’s own swim season belongs to the Black Sea. The country’s 245 km of coast include Mamaia, a resort on an 8 km strip of sand north of Constanța, between the sea and Lake Siutghiol.

Boston’s bicycle jockeys found the city’s rough, bumpy streets uncomfortable, and in 1874 a Chicago sporting goods company had a jockstrap designed for them. More than seventy years later the gay community embraced it, and it has stayed in the wardrobe ever since. ADDICTED’s jockstrap range now runs from cotton basics to neon and mesh editions, and some pairs have a push-up pouch, shaped to lift and define with no padding at all.

The 21st Bucharest Pride march took place on 13 June 2026. Thousands walked from Calea Victoriei to Parcul Izvor, where Pride Park ran beside the Palace of Parliament on 12 and 13 June. Nobody needed a dress code that day, only something they were happy to be seen in.

The ADDICTED range is on sale at addictedromania.ro.
